Walnut and goat cheese stuffed figs are a delightful and elegant appetizer, combining the sweetness of figs with the creaminess of goat cheese and the crunchiness of walnuts. Ingredients: Cheese, Walnut, Anjeer, Honey

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Take 12 fresh figs and gently wash them. Pat them dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Cut a small cross on the top of each fig, about halfway down, making sure not to cut all the way through.

In a bowl, mix 100 grams of crumbled goat cheese with 50 grams of finely chopped walnuts.

Carefully stuff each fig with the goat cheese and walnut mixture, gently pushing the mixture into the figs.

Place the stuffed figs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey over the stuffed figs.

Bake the figs in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the figs are tender and the cheese is slightly melted.

Remove the figs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
