Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Prepare 250 grams of pizza dough by either using store-bought or homemade dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
Transfer the rolled dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread 100 grams of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Top the pizza with 1 cup of thinly sliced bell peppers (red, green, and yellow), 1/2 cup of thinly sliced onions, 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of sliced black olives.
Optionally, add 100 grams of crumbled paneer or tofu for extra protein.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
