Veg White Pasta
Veg white pasta is a creamy, delicious, and comforting dish made with pasta, fresh vegetables, and a rich white sauce. Ingredients: Milk, Pasta, Cheese, Coriander, Oregano, Peas, Carrot, Black pepper powder, Butter, Capsicum, Onion, Maida, Salt

Boil 250 grams of pasta (penne or fusilli) in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 1 finely chopped onion until translucent.

Add 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and peas) to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.

In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and add 2 tablespoons of maida (all-purpose flour). Cook for 2 minutes on low heat, stirring continuously.

Gradually add 1.5 cups of milk to the maida mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Combine the cooked pasta and vegetables with the white sauce, stirring gently to coat the pasta evenly.

Garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
