Veg Chilli Momos
Veg Chilli Momos are a delicious fusion of steamed vegetable-filled dumplings tossed in a spicy and tangy sauce, making it a perfect appetizer or snack. Ingredients: Mixed vegetables, Maida, Peppers, Vinegar, Onion, Cooking oil, Green chilli, Spring onion, Tomato sauce, Salt, Soy sauce, Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli sauce

In a large bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour (maida) with a pinch of salt and water as needed to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1 finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, and 1 finely chopped green chilli for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of finely chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and beans) and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture cool.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each circle and fold the edges to form a momo shape.

Steam the momos in a steamer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 1 finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, and 2 finely chopped green chillies for 2 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the steamed momos to the sauce and toss gently to coat them evenly. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
