In a large mixing bowl, combine 300 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast. Mix well.
Gradually add 150 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to form a thin crust, about 2-3 mm thick.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add your desired toppings, such as sliced vegetables, paneer, and grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
