Place 6 slices of cut bacon in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Cook bacon until evenly browned.

Add 1 diced onion, cut chicken breast halves, and 2 packages of frozen, cut okra to the pot.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is tender, about 15 minutes.

Stir in 10 chopped cayenne peppers, 1 can of diced tomato juice, and 2 cans of diced tomato green chile pepper.

Add 1 cup of grain white rice and 3 cups of water to the pot.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes.
