Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 packet (7 grams) of instant yeast. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to form a pizza base of approximately 12 inches in diameter. Transfer the base to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread 200 grams of pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by 1 cup of boiled sweet corn kernels, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped capsicum, and 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian herbs.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
