Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare the pizza dough by mixing 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 packet (7 grams) of instant yeast in a large bowl. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 12-inch pizza base. Transfer the base to a greased pizza tray or baking sheet.

Spread 200 grams of pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Add the toppings: 100 grams of sliced onions, 100 grams of sliced bell peppers (mixed colors), 100 grams of chopped tomatoes, 100 grams of sliced mushrooms, 100 grams of paneer cubes, and 100 grams of boiled sweet corn.

Add 100 grams of sliced black olives and 50 grams of chopped jalapenos for extra flavor.

Sprinkle another 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
