In a bowl, mix 100 grams of finely chopped almonds, 100 grams of finely chopped cashews, 50 grams of grated coconut, 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. This will be the stuffing for the dates.
Carefully stuff each date with the prepared nut mixture, ensuring not to overstuff them.
In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee on low flame. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and roast them until they turn golden brown.
Roll the stuffed dates in the roasted sesame seeds, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Place the stuffed dates on a serving plate and garnish with a few strands of saffron.
