Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Tantalizingly tasty, stuffed chicken breasts make a delicious dish that's sure to please! Ingredients: Chicken breast, Garlic, Spring onion, Mushroom, Sausage, Salad dressing

In a large skillet, brown 250 grams of smoked sliced sausage over medium-high heat.

Once the sausage starts to brown, add 250 grams of button mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add 3 tablespoons of chopped green onions and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Remove the stuffing mixture from heat and transfer it to a food processor.

Add 1 tablespoon of blue cheese salad dressing to the food processor and process slowly, roughly chopping the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut 2-inch slits in the sides of the 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts and stuff them with as much stuffing as they can hold.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts liberally with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

Sear the chicken breasts in a hot skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Place the seared chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Top the chicken breasts with leftover stuffing and the remaining 3 tablespoons of blue cheese salad dressing.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
