Wash and hull 250 grams of fresh strawberries. Cut them into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped strawberries, 500 grams of chilled plain yogurt (dahi), 100 grams of sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder. You can adjust the sugar according to your taste.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
If the lassi is too thick, you can add a little cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the strawberry lassi into serving glasses.
Garnish with a few chopped strawberries or mint leaves on top and serve chilled.
