Soak 5-6 slices of white bread in water and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of frozen corn, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, 3 tablespoons of spring onion, 3 teaspoons of black pepper, salt to taste, and 8-10 garlic cloves to the bread mixture.
Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into small balls (koftas).
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the koftas until brown on both sides.
Drain the koftas on clean kitchen paper towels and set aside.
To prepare the gravy, heat 3 teaspoons of butter in a pan.
Add minced garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of ginger paste and sauté for a minute.
Stir in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, and salt to taste.
Boil for another 8 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 cup of cornflour paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
Transfer the koftas to a serving platter.
Pour the gravy over the koftas.
Garnish with grated cheddar cheese and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
