Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan.
Add the diced onion and fry until translucent.
Add 2 diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 teaspoon salt to the pan.
Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, adding water as necessary to keep it from drying out.
Ensure the tomatoes become soft.
Add the 5 boiled and halved eggs to the pan.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
