Ingredients: Cream cheese, Salmon, Bagel, Tomato, Dill leaves, Capers
Purchase or prepare 200 grams of smoked salmon. If you prefer to smoke the salmon yourself, follow a reliable recipe and ensure it is properly smoked and thinly sliced.
Take 2 plain or whole wheat bagels and slice them in half horizontally.
Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or oven until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
Place 50 grams of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese layer on each bagel half.
Thinly slice 1 small red onion and 1 ripe tomato. Place a few slices of red onion and tomato on top of the smoked salmon.
Optionally, add a few capers and a sprinkle of fresh dill for extra flavor.
Close the bagel sandwich with the other half of the bagel and serve immediately.
