Slice the baguette horizontally into two equal halves, ensuring that each half is about 25 cm in length.

Spread 100 grams of cream cheese evenly on the inner side of both baguette halves.

Place 200 grams of smoked salmon slices on the bottom half of the baguette, covering the cream cheese layer.

Add a handful of fresh rocket leaves or lettuce on top of the smoked salmon.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over the rocket leaves or lettuce.
