In a slow cooker, combine 450 grams of skinless, boneless chicken breast half, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 3 minced garlic cloves, and ground black pepper to taste.
Allow the mixture to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add 2 cubed tomatoes, 2 chopped carrots, 3 cubed red potatoes, 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced green bell pepper, 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced yellow bell pepper, and 1 cup of green peas to the chicken mixture.
Mix the ingredients well.
Cook the mixture on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Alternatively, cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
