Choose your base ingredient, such as fruits (e.g., mango, lemon, orange) or flower petals (e.g., rose, hibiscus). Wash and clean the chosen ingredient thoroughly.
In a blender, add 200 grams of the chosen ingredient, 100 grams of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any pulp or seeds.
Dilute the concentrated sharbat by adding 1 part of the mixture to 3 parts of cold water. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
Add a pinch of black salt and a few ice cubes to enhance the flavor. Stir well.
Pour the sharbat into glasses and garnish with mint leaves or a slice of the chosen fruit.
