In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of schezwan sauce, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped tomato, 100 grams of grated paneer, and salt to taste.
Take 8 slices of bread and apply butter on one side of each slice.
Spread the schezwan mixture evenly on the buttered side of 4 bread slices.
Place the remaining 4 bread slices on top of the schezwan mixture, with the buttered side facing down.
Heat a tawa or sandwich maker and place the sandwiches on it. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
