Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast. Gradually add 120 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of oil, and knead the dough until it's soft and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer it to a greased pizza tray.
Spread 4 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add your choice of toppings, such as sliced onions, bell peppers, paneer, and sweet corn.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
