Schezwan Burger
Schezwan Burger is a delicious fusion of Indian and Chinese flavors packed in a juicy burger, perfect for those who love a spicy kick in their meals. Ingredients: Mixed vegetables, Burger bun, Schezwan sauce, Potato, Mayonnaise, Soy sauce, Cooking oil, Ginger garlic paste, Butter, Tomato, Onion, Bread crumbs, Lettuce

In a bowl, mix 200 grams of finely chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and onions) with 100 grams of boiled and mashed potatoes.

Add 2 tablespoons of schezwan sauce, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Add 50 grams of breadcrumbs and mix until the mixture binds together. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the patties until they are golden brown on both sides. Keep them aside.

In a separate bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce to make schezwan mayo.

Slice 4 burger buns horizontally and toast them on a pan with a little butter until they are slightly crispy.

Assemble the burger by spreading schezwan mayo on the bottom half of the bun, placing a lettuce leaf, followed by the vegetable patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Spread some more schezwan mayo on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled burger.
