Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) quiche dish or pie pan.

Prepare 250 grams of pie crust dough and press it evenly into the bottom and sides of the prepared dish. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 200 grams of chopped asparagus for 5 minutes until tender. Set aside.

In a separate pan, cook 200 grams of boneless, skinless salmon fillets over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 200 ml of fresh cream, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Spread the cooked asparagus and flaked salmon evenly over the pre-baked pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and asparagus.

Sprinkle 100 grams of grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella) on top.

Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown. Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
