Russian Salad
Russian Salad, also known as Olivier Salad, is a creamy and delicious salad made with a mix of vegetables, fruits, and a tangy mayonnaise dressing. It's a perfect side dish for parties and gatherings. Ingredients: Green peas, Potato, Carrot, Pineapple, Apple, Mayonnaise, Sweet corn, Dairy cream, Coriander, Black pepper powder, Salt

Boil 2 medium-sized potatoes and 1 medium-sized carrot until they are tender. Once cooked, let them cool and then chop them into small cubes.

Boil 1/2 cup of green peas and 1/2 cup of sweet corn until they are cooked. Drain and set aside.

Chop 1/2 cup of pineapple and 1/2 cup of apple into small cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, carrots, green peas, sweet corn, pineapple, and apple.

Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of fresh cream, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or parsley before serving.
