Clean and cut the fish or vegetables (like potato, eggplant, or paneer) into medium-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of rava (semolina), 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and salt to taste.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the rava mixture and mix well to form a thick paste.
Coat the fish or vegetable pieces evenly with the rava paste.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the coated fish or vegetable pieces in the pan and fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Remove the rava fry from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
