Raita
Raita is a refreshing and cooling Indian side dish made with creamy curd, fresh vegetables, and a blend of spices. It's the perfect accompaniment to spicy Indian meals. Ingredients: Curd, Salt, Cucumber, Onion, Coriander, Masala, Tomato, Black salt, Cumin powder

Take 500 grams of fresh curd and whisk it in a bowl until smooth and creamy. If the curd is too thick, add a little water or milk to adjust the consistency.

Finely chop 1 medium-sized cucumber, 1 medium-sized onion, and 1 medium-sized tomato. Add them to the whisked curd.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black salt, and salt to taste. Mix well.

For added flavor, you can also add 1/4 teaspoon of chaat masala and a handful of chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Refrigerate the raita for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve chilled as a side dish with your favorite Indian meal.
