Take 4 slices of bread and spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly on each slice.

Place 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese on two of the bread slices, covering the pizza sauce.

Add 50 grams of chopped onions, 50 grams of chopped capsicum, and 50 grams of sliced olives on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian herbs and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes on the vegetables.

Cover the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, with the pizza sauce side facing down.

Preheat a sandwich maker or a non-stick pan on medium heat.

Apply 1 teaspoon of butter on the outer side of each sandwich and place them in the sandwich maker or pan.

Cook the sandwiches until they turn golden brown and the cheese melts, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
