Take 50 grams of pistachios and soak them in water for 2-3 hours. After soaking, peel off the skin.
In a blender, add the peeled pistachios, 500 ml of chilled milk, 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. You can adjust the sugar according to your taste.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Pour the milkshake into glasses and garnish with some crushed pistachios on top.
Serve the pista milkshake immediately.
