Take 250 grams of pistachios and grind them into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee on low flame.
Add the ground pistachio powder to the pan and roast it for 5-7 minutes on low flame, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
In a separate pan, prepare sugar syrup by boiling 100 grams of sugar with 1/4 cup of water until it reaches a one-string consistency.
Add the sugar syrup to the roasted pistachio mixture and mix well.
Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes until it is comfortable to handle.
Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small round ladoos.
Optionally, you can garnish the pista ladoos with finely chopped pistachios or silver vark.
