Pineapple Sheera
Pineapple Sheera is a delightful Indian dessert made with semolina, pineapple, and a touch of aromatic spices. This sweet treat is perfect for special occasions or to satisfy your sweet cravings. Ingredients: Sooji, Pineapple, Milk, Kishmish, Saffron, Cashews, Sugar, Cardamom powder, Ghee

Chop 1 cup of fresh pineapple into small pieces and set aside.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee on medium flame. Add 1 cup of semolina (sooji) and roast it until it turns golden brown, stirring continuously to avoid burning.

In another pan, boil 2 cups of water and add the chopped pineapple. Cook the pineapple for 5-7 minutes until it becomes soft.

Add the cooked pineapple along with the water to the roasted semolina. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 cup of sugar to the semolina-pineapple mixture and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron strands soaked in 1 tablespoon of warm milk. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish the pineapple sheera with 2 tablespoons of chopped cashews and 2 tablespoons of raisins, which have been fried in 1 tablespoon of ghee until golden brown.
