Chop 500 grams of fresh pineapple into small cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Finely chop 1 medium-sized red onion, 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, and 1 medium-sized green bell pepper. Add them to the bowl with the pineapple.
Finely chop 1-2 green chilies (adjust according to your spice preference) and a handful of fresh coriander leaves. Add them to the bowl.
Squeeze the juice of 1 large lime into the bowl and mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon of black salt, and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Give the salsa a quick stir before serving. Enjoy it with chips, tacos, or as a topping for grilled dishes.
