Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Place the 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves in the baking dish.
Arrange the sliced green bell pepper, 4 medium sliced red potatoes, and drained pineapple slices around the chicken.
Pour the reserved pineapple juice over the chicken and vegetables.
Top with the barbeque sauce from the bottle.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
Check if the chicken juices run clear and potatoes are tender before removing from the oven.
