Pineapple Cake
Pineapple cake is a delightful and tropical dessert that combines the sweetness of pineapple with the softness of a moist cake, perfect for any occasion. Ingredients: Pineapple, Eggs, Maida, Vanilla extract, Bura, Baking powder, Unsalted butter, Cream cheese, Milk, Sugar, Baking soda

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 23 cm (9-inch) round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat 100 grams of softened unsalted butter and 150 grams of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.

Mix in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with 120 ml of milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.

Fold in 1 cup of finely chopped pineapple (fresh or canned, drained).

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the frosting, beat 200 grams of softened cream cheese and 50 grams of softened unsalted butter until smooth. Gradually add 100 grams of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake and garnish with pineapple slices or pieces, if desired.
