In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup paprika, 2 tablespoons hot chili powder, 1 cup lemon juice, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped ginger, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Rub the chicken breast halves with the mixture.
Place the chicken in a dish and marinate for 3 hours.
Preheat a grill for medium heat.
Place the marinated chicken onto the grill and discard the remaining marinade.
Cook the chicken for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Continue cooking until the skin is slightly charred and juices run clear.
