Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the pizza dough by mixing 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 packet (7 grams) of instant yeast. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
While the dough is resting, thinly slice 1 large bell pepper, 1 medium onion, and 1-2 green chilies (adjust according to your spice preference).
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the sliced vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened. Set aside.
Roll out the rested pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza stone or baking tray.
Spread 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Arrange the sautéed pepper mixture evenly over the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
