Peel and chop 2 ripe pears into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped pears, 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1 cup of chilled yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of honey. You can adjust the honey according to your taste preference.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a pinch of cardamom powder and a few slivered almonds or pistachios.
