Wash and peel 2 ripe peaches (about 250 grams). Remove the pit and chop them into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped peaches, 250 grams of chilled plain yogurt (dahi), 100 ml of chilled milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of the peaches), and a pinch of ground cardamom (elaichi powder).
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the lassi is too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the peach lassi into serving glasses. Garnish with a few small peach slices and a sprinkle of ground cardamom on top.
Serve the peach lassi chilled.
