Pasta Pizza
Pasta Pizza is a delightful fusion of two Italian favorites, combining the comforting flavors of pasta with the crispy crust of pizza. It's a perfect dish for those who can't decide between the two! Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook 200 grams of pasta (penne or fusilli) according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1 finely chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic until translucent.

Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Mix the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce and set aside.

Roll out 250 grams of pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 12-inch circle.

Transfer the rolled dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

Spread the pasta mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
