Peel and chop 1 medium-sized ripe papaya and 1 small pineapple into small cubes. Make sure to remove the seeds from the papaya and the core from the pineapple.

Finely chop 1 medium-sized red onion, 1 green bell pepper, and 1 red bell pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped papaya, pineapple, onion, and bell peppers.

Finely chop 1-2 green chilies (adjust according to your spice preference) and a handful of fresh coriander leaves. Add them to the mixing bowl.
