Cut 200g paneer into triangular pieces.
Apply 2 tsp salt and 3-4 tsp ginger-garlic paste to the paneer pieces and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup cornflour, 1/2 cup maida flour, 3 tsp egg white, 3-4 tsp ginger-garlic paste, and salt to taste.
Gradually add water to form a batter.
Dip the paneer pieces in the batter.
Fry the paneer pieces in hot oil until golden brown.
In another pan, heat oil and fry 5-6 chopped garlic cloves.
Add 6 chopped green chilies and fry briefly.
Add 3 tsp soya sauce, 2 chopped spring onions, and fried paneer pieces to the pan.
Pour in 2 cups of water and let it simmer.
In a separate bowl, mix 3 tsp cornflour with 1/2 cup water.
Add the cornflour mixture to the paneer and stir until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt, 1/4 tsp ajinomoto, and 3 chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with plain rice.
