Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add 1 packet of Maggi noodles (70 grams). Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes until they are soft but not mushy. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions. Sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
Add 1/2 cup of diced paneer (100 grams) to the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer turns slightly golden.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes become soft.
Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the paneer mixture and mix well.
Add the Maggi tastemaker masala (included in the packet) and 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the water evaporates and the noodles are well coated with the masala.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
