Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of grated paneer, 1/4 cup of finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and salt to taste.
In another bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Take a loaf of Italian bread or a baguette and cut it into 1-inch thick slices without cutting all the way through, leaving the base intact.
Spread the garlic butter mixture on both sides of each bread slice.
Stuff the paneer mixture into the cuts of the bread.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the top of the bread.
Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread turns crispy.
Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil, and serve hot.
