Onion Capsicum Pizza
Onion capsicum pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make homemade pizza loaded with the goodness of onions, capsicum, and gooey cheese, perfect for a family dinner or a weekend treat. Ingredients: Mozzarella cheese, Maida, Capsicum, Pizza sauce, Onion, Sugar, Olive oil, Salt, Yeast

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

In a bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast.

Add 120 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Meanwhile, thinly slice 1 large onion and 1 large capsicum.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased pizza tray or baking sheet.

Spread 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Arrange the sliced onions and capsicum evenly over the cheese.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
