Grind 200 grams of oats in a mixer or food processor to make a fine oat flour.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, whisk together 250 ml of milk, 1 large egg, and 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil or butter.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a circular pancake.

Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to look cooked.

Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Serve the oat pancakes warm with your choice of toppings like honey, maple syrup, or fresh fruits.
