In a bowl, take 30 grams of rolled oats and soak them in 100 ml of water for 10-15 minutes to soften them.
In a blender, add the soaked oats along with 150 grams of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries), 200 ml of low-fat yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a few ice cubes.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water or milk to adjust it to your preference.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds, if desired. Serve chilled.
