In a saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups of water, 1 pinch of ground nutmeg, and 1/2 crushed ginger.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 23 minutes.
After 23 minutes, add 3/4 teaspoon of tea leaves to the saucepan.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture stand for 1 minute.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar until it dissolves.
Optionally, add 2 tablespoons of milk for a creamier taste.
Pour the tea into cups and enjoy.
