In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked rice, 2 cups of flaked cooked fish, 4 chopped boiled hard eggs, 2 tablespoons of minced parsley, 1/2 cup of cream, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Mix the ingredients well.
Transfer the mixture to a pan and reheat on medium heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once heated through, remove from heat.
Serve the New England Kedgeree immediately.
