Mushroom Masala
Mushroom Masala is a delicious and flavorful Indian curry made with a blend of aromatic spices and tender mushrooms. It's a perfect dish to serve with roti, naan, or rice.

Clean and slice 250 grams of mushrooms and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices are well-blended.

Add the sliced mushrooms and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked and have released their moisture.

Add 1/2 cup of water and salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until the gravy thickens.

Add 1/4 cup of fresh cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
