In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of minced meat (chicken, mutton, or beef), 1 finely chopped onion, 2-3 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Shape the mixture into small, round balls, approximately 3-4 cm in diameter.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the pan, ensuring they do not touch each other.
Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes on each side, turning them occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the meatballs hot with your choice of sauce or as a side dish with rice or roti.
