Peel and chop 2 ripe mangoes (500 grams) into small pieces. Keep a few pieces aside for garnishing.
In a blender, add the chopped mangoes, 200 grams of thick yogurt (preferably chilled), and 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mango smoothie into a bowl.
Top the smoothie bowl with your choice of toppings such as sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, granola, and the reserved mango pieces.
