Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prepare the pizza dough: In a large bowl, mix 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 packet (7 grams) of instant yeast. Gradually add 300 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread 200 grams of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add toppings: Start with 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese, followed by 100 grams of sliced onions, 100 grams of sliced bell peppers, 100 grams of chopped tomatoes, 100 grams of sliced mushrooms, 100 grams of paneer cubes, and 100 grams of boiled corn. You can also add cooked chicken, sausage, or other meats if desired.
Sprinkle 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese and 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian herbs on top of the toppings.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
