Ingredients: Curd, Saffron, Sugar, Cardamom powder
Take 400 grams of fresh curd and pour it into a blender or a mixing bowl.
Add 200 ml of chilled water to the curd.
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar or adjust according to your taste. You can also use honey as a healthier alternative.
Blend the mixture using a blender or a hand whisk until it becomes smooth and frothy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more water and blend again.
Pour the lassi into serving glasses.
Optionally, you can garnish the lassi with a pinch of cardamom powder or saffron strands for added flavor and aroma.
